Who we are

What we collect and why

• Estimate, contact and partner forms: your name, phone, email, town, project details and any photos you upload. We use these only to respond to your request, book your measure and prepare your quote.
• Chat assistant: the messages you type and any contact details you share, so we can answer and follow up.
• Phone calls: calls to our website number are tracked to show which calls come from the website.
• Website analytics: pages visited and how you found us (for example, a Google search or an ad), collected without identifying you.

Our AI chat assistant

The chat on this site is an AI assistant, not a person. It answers common questions from information we have approved and can help book your free measure. A member of our team follows up on every request. Please don't share payment details or other sensitive information in the chat.

Where your information is stored

We use trusted service providers to run our business, including Jobber (customer requests and scheduling), Google Workspace (email), and our website and automation providers. These providers may store data outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be accessed by authorities under local law.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide your quote and complete your job, and as required for tax and warranty records. Requests that don't become a job are deleted after [24 months].

Messages from us

When you ask for an estimate, we'll contact you about that request by phone, text or email. We only send other messages (such as review requests or offers) where Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) allows it, and every such message lets you unsubscribe.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting info@gvservicesinc.com. We'll reply within 30 days. You can also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
