Common questions
How much does new flooring cost?
It depends on the floor, the size of the space and how much prep the subfloor needs. Your free in-home measure gives you an exact written quote.
How long does installation take?
Most rooms take 1–2 days. A full main floor usually takes 2–4 days. Hardwood may need a few days to acclimate in your home first.
Do you remove the old floor?
Yes. We take out old carpet, tile, vinyl, laminate and hardwood and dispose of it. Then we check the subfloor and fix what's needed before the new floor goes in. Removal is listed in your written quote, so there are no surprises.
What's included in the free in-home estimate?
We come to your home, measure the space and check the subfloor. Then you get a written quote listing material, labour, prep and trim, usually within 24 hours.
